We scope each project individually. Some clients hand off the entire expansion; others come to us for a specific piece. Either way, we deliver.
Our core model is project-based delivery. We hand over a working result, not an ongoing retainer. However, many clients engage us for subsequent expansion phases as they enter new markets. We're also available for transition support to ensure smooth handoffs to your internal teams or local operators.
Yes. Through our Dev Partner Sourcing service, we source, vet, and manage offshore development teams. We also support Product Globalization, including payments integration, localization, and compliance, to ensure your product is launch-ready in new markets. We're not a technology company ourselves, but we deliver technology solutions through our trusted partner network.

We follow a 4-step framework: Discover, where we learn your what, why, when, and where. Discuss, where we talk through options honestly, no assumptions. Define, where we scope the how, timeline, and requirements. Deliver, where we execute and hand over a working result, not a plan. You define the WHAT. We handle the rest.
As hands-on or hands-off as you want. Some clients prefer regular check-ins and collaborative decision-making. Others hand it off entirely and show up for the final delivery. We adapt to your working style. The whole point is that you focus on your core business while we handle the expansion.

We've been operating across borders with distributed teams long before remote work became mainstream. Virtual engagement is built into our DNA. That said, some deliverables like office setup or in-market partner meetings require on-the-ground presence, which our local Global Expansion Partners handle. You don't need to travel unless you want to.
