What's the typical engagement model?
We follow our four D's — Discover, Discuss, Define, Deliver. We scope with you, agree on what we build, run, or source, lock the plan, then execute and supervise on the ground.
Who manages the work on the ground?
We do. We act as your operator and supervisor in-market, coordinating partners and teams and staying accountable for delivery — not just making introductions.
How long do engagements run?
It depends on scope. Market entry can be weeks to months; running an offshore center or back office is an ongoing relationship. We stay until the operation can stand on its own.
